Our Services

Atlas Biosolutions takes a preventive, source-focused approach to environmental health problems. We identify the conditions causing or supporting a problem, address them at the source when possible, and help reduce the chance of recurrence. We prioritize practical, low-toxicity solutions and avoid unnecessary use of harsh chemicals and broad-spectrum pesticides, with consideration for people, pets, beneficial insects, wildlife, and the surrounding environment. For pest-related concerns, Atlas follows Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles, focusing on the conditions that allow pests to enter and remain indoors, such as entry points, food and water sources, moisture, sanitation, and shelter areas.

Indoor Fly Source Management & Prevention (From $150)

For persistent fruit flies, drain flies, fungus gnats, and similar small indoor flies. We look for where the activity is coming from, inspect likely breeding areas, and check for moisture, drainage, plants, food residue, or other conditions supporting the problem. Service may include physical removal, cleaning of accessible source areas, and non-pesticide control and prevention measures. The goal is to reduce the source, not just kill the flies you can see.

Small Animal Removal & Biological Cleanup (From $150)

Removal of accessible deceased mice, rats, rabbits, and similar small animals, along with localized cleanup of the affected area. Service may include safe removal and containment, cleanup of visible contamination, treatment of affected surfaces, odor reduction, and removal of insects or larvae related to decomposition when present. The surrounding area may also be checked for signs of pest activity or possible entry points.

Odor Investigation & Treatment (From $200)

For persistent indoor odors caused by pet urine, biological material, moisture, food residue, or other localized sources. We identify where the odor is strongest, inspect likely sources, and determine whether nearby surfaces or materials may be holding contamination. Service may include targeted cleaning, HEPA vacuuming, enzymatic treatment, source removal, odor reduction, and prevention recommendations. More extensive contamination may require additional work.

Indoor Allergen Reduction & Cleaning (From $200)

Targeted cleaning to help reduce pet dander, hair, dust, and other indoor allergen buildup. Service may include HEPA vacuuming and detailed cleaning of floors, baseboards, edges, hard surfaces, and other areas where dust and residue collect. Recommendations may also be provided for ongoing cleaning, humidity, filtration, and pet-related allergen control.

Rodent Prevention & Entry-Point Assessment (From $300)

For homes and properties with mice, rats, recurring rodent activity, or concerns about how rodents may be getting inside. We inspect accessible areas for likely entry points, droppings, nesting areas, food and water sources, clutter, shelter areas, and other conditions that may be supporting activity. Service may include minor accessible sealing, entry-point recommendations, sanitation and storage guidance, and prevention planning. Larger exclusion or repair work may be quoted separately.

Indoor Environmental Consultation(From $400)

A broader assessment for mold, moisture, condensation, odors, biological growth, or other indoor environmental concerns. We inspect the affected areas, look for likely causes and contributing conditions, and explain what may be happening in practical terms. Recommendations may include cleaning, moisture correction, entry-point sealing, monitoring, or other corrective work within our scope.

Mold Cleaning & Prevention (From $600)

Targeted cleaning and treatment of appropriate mold-affected areas, combined with evaluation of the moisture conditions that may be causing the growth. Depending on the situation, service may include containment, HEPA filtration, HEPA vacuuming, surface cleaning, treatment of affected areas, and final cleanup. We also provide practical recommendations to help control moisture and reduce the chance of mold returning.

Recurring Environmental & Pest Prevention Monitoring

Preventive visits for homeowners, landlords, and property managers who want problems monitored before they become more serious. Visits may include checks for moisture, mold, odors, rodent activity, pest entry points, sanitation concerns, and other developing conditions. Previously identified areas can be rechecked over time. Frequency and scope are customized based on the property.

Service Scope & Limitations

Atlas Biosolutions provides indoor environmental consultations, corrective and preventive services, targeted environmental cleaning, pest-prevention and exclusion services, biological cleanup, and recurring monitoring. Services may include mold and moisture evaluation, mold cleaning and prevention, odor treatment, allergen reduction, indoor fly source management, rodent prevention and entry-point assessment, accessible sealing, deceased small-animal removal, biological cleanup, and recurring environmental monitoring. Pest-related services follow Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles, emphasizing prevention, exclusion, environmental modification, source control, cleanup, and monitoring while minimizing the need for pesticide use. . Corrective work is generally limited to indoor areas and accessible ground-level exterior areas. Atlas Biosolutions does not provide roof work, major structural repairs, demolition, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC repair, major construction, or live wildlife removal. Sampling, laboratory testing, materials, or work outside the agreed scope may require additional approval or separate pricing.
