Atlas Biosolutions is an environmental health services company serving Greater Boston. We take a preventive, source-focused approach to mold, moisture, indoor allergens, odors, pest activity, and other environmental concerns in the home. For pest-related concerns, we follow Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles, focusing on prevention, exclusion, sanitation, moisture management, and the conditions that allow pests to enter and remain indoors. Our goal is to understand what is contributing to a problem, address the source when possible, and help reduce the likelihood of it returning. We prioritize practical, low-toxicity methods such as cleaning, moisture control, exclusion, physical removal, environmental changes, and monitoring, while avoiding unnecessary use of harsh chemicals and broad-spectrum pesticides. Founded by Luis McGahey, Biotechnology Engineer and Indoor Environmental Consultant, Atlas combines technical knowledge with hands-on residential work to provide clear evaluations, practical solutions, preventive services, and ongoing environmental monitoring for healthier homes.
